The Posters, commissioned by Norwegian collective Tenthaus and printed by Lumbung Press, brought together spaces from the Polar & Tropic program along with guest projects such as Kasi Graphic.

This project stemmed from a previous initiative by Finnish collective Oksasenkatu 11 who commissioned artists and researchers to design political posters, and distributed them free of charge. The public was invited to place the posters around the city, turning distribution into a performative act.

The Polar & Tropic program explores connections between art spaces from opposite extremes, the Nordic region and Southeast Asia, forming cultural ecosystems grounded in collaboration and solidarity.
The foundations of the program explore and question how we can expand networks and make them sustainable and build lasting structures of mutual support and collaboration- capable of sustaining possible futures.
