PROGRAMA GENERAL
Raffaella De Chirico Arte Contemporanea se inauguró en Turín en 2011 y, tras once años, la galería se trasladó a Milán. El programa de exposiciones siempre se ha centrado en proyectos inéditos internacionales, favoreciendo a artistas menores de 40 años. La búsqueda veraz de un diálogo con el pasado tiene como objetivo ahondar en las peculiaridades del presente, en el intento de estimular el debate. La galería es también un estudio de asesoría y consultoría de arte histórico para coleccionistas centrado en las inversiones y el arte como activo financiero.

The project involves the work of two Italian artists: Jacopo Mandich and Bruno Marrapodi respectively sculpture and painting. The dialogue between the two researches regards the concept of the distortion and adulteration of childwood memories. Marrapodi deals with the narrative and figurative aspects of representation, always observing the world with a cinematic perspective. In the body of works selected for Swab, Mandich reflects on the contrast that is created between memory and reality in an ever vigil mental state oscillating between the dimension bound up with memory and that of the imagination.
