Emerging LATAM is a section that welcomes hybrid projects that promote the diverse and rich production of Latin American artists. Curated by Santiago Gasquet, Emerging LATAM highlights six independent and artist-run spaces, all united by a commitment to experimentation. 

In its fourth edition, Emerging LATAM is established as an exchange platform between six young spaces from different cities such as Buenos Aires, Lima, Santiago de Chile, Rosario and Guadalajara, which promote different ways of carrying out management models in the region according to the conditions of their specific territory. We can then find formal galleries, spaces managed by artists, home galleries and nomadic projects that exhibit the work of sixteen “emerging” artists who, through drawings, paintings, sculptures, textiles and videos, offer us a look at today’s issues in the Latin American context.
