FOCUS TOKYO-SEOUL
ooooon(OhOn) is an art space located in Seoul, established in 2022. It focuses on the ‘process’ of creation, striving to be a space where various experiments take place. Additionally, it explores the phenomena of ‘decline, aging, and disappearance’ within the art world, creating value through this exploration. This investigation emphasizes the relationship between art, the human life cycle, and social change. ooooon(OhOn) collaborates with artists to offer unique exhibitions and programs, providing visitors with a rich cultural experience.

At this booth, OhOn presents works that capture the social senses and resulting imperfections felt in contemporary society from various positions. It is filled with
experiences of synesthesia that can only be owned and measured by economic logic, the existence of fragile entities that cannot function properly within the social system, and elements that construct a world through sizes that are difficult to conventionally set as standards. Furthermore, it encompasses considerations about the efficiency of space movement and artwork transportation from OhOn’s small-scale operations in South Korea to Barcelona.
